Certificate:

It is necessary to hold a certificate or equivalent certification document (in bulk) issued by China's ship inspection agency for lifebuoy marine products.

Appearance standard:

The surface of the lifebuoy should be orange red with no color difference; The surface of the lifebuoy should be free of bumps and cracks; Four equally spaced positions along the circumference of the lifebuoy should be surrounded by a 50mm wide retroreflective tape.

Size:

1. The outer diameter of the lifebuoy should not be greater than 800mm, and the inner diameter should not be less than 400mm.

2. The periphery of the lifebuoy should be equipped with a floating handle rope with a diameter of no less than 9.5mm and a length of no less than 4 times the outer diameter of the lifebuoy. The weight of the lifebuoy should not be less than 2.5kg. If a lifebuoy is used to drive a quick release device for spontaneous smoke signals and self illuminating lights, the mass of the lifebuoy shall not be less than 4kg.

It should be permanently and clearly marked. 1. Name and model of lifebuoy; 2. Approval certificate number or product certificate number; 3. Inspection agency logo; 4. Manufacturer, manufacturing date, and batch number.
